Their hands-on approach starts in their estate vineyard, through the winemaking process, and onto bottling. Family-owned and operated vineyard since 1996, and dedicated to producing the finest wines in the Paso Robles Appellation. Please give them a visit you won't be disappointed.

Less than a mile down Exline Road and Tucked away in the rolling hills of Paso Robles on California's gorgeous Central Coast is Capaldi Ranch. Their orchard of over 500 almond trees dot the hillsides in all directions. They have alpacas, chickens, horses, goats, sheep, ducks, dogs, and cats.

Owner and chef Chico Mora has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years, 26 of them right here in the central coast. After large success with his first restuarant, Chico’s Cafe, Chico decided to expand by opening a larger and newly styled seafood bar right next door.

Surrounding this 173 acre horse facility, you will find top notch wineries, first class restaurants and the Mid State Fairgrounds which offer an exciting array of events throughout the year. We offer guided trail rides for ages 10 and up, and also offer horse experiences for children under 10 yrs of age.
